There's an object cache that doesn't expire properly. It'll expire whether or not you're posting, and I'm fixing it now.

Note that a lot of ban types (topics/sections/deactivation) don't obey that particular flag, so there's ways to deal with it in the interim if people decide to get rowdy with this knowledge.
