It's a five year old thread, that doesn't involve their students at all.

Anyone happen to have some somewhat in-depth knowledge about DD:DA?

Specifically the inclination system. Not sure which options are best for my main pawn.

At the moment she is a fighter and is basically serving as my tank/combo partner.

I am a Strider for the time being and I kind of want to have her work together with me on trash but also make sure the biggest threats are attacking her and not me, but definitely not the mages.

I'd also like her to actually realize how some of our skills can combo, like her using her springboard so I can get some height for one of my attacks.

Not really sure how much of this is possible, I'm still fairly new to the game. Only around level 20 iirc and have yet to take the Hydra head to the Duke.

Or better yet, which inclinations should I force upon her if I want her to stay a tank/offensive support. But not one that just hugs my *** and doesn't do anything useful.

Also, how do you prevent pawns from running like half a mile ahead and engaging something when I'm over here trying to be sneaky or pick them off from range with a bow. A few times now I've had one of the random mages run wayyy ahead and aggro a clusterfuck of bandits & wolves only to die. I kind of would like to analyze the situation before they just charge in yelling LEEROYYYYY! or some ***.

Just send a nice reply saying, please point out where they are cheating so we can help them more.

Yeah, there is zero chance of me engaging this. The site email account gets a lot of really random requests. There's probably 1 or 2 legit issues/questions per month, and a whole lot of weird.

My favorite was the chain of emails - like, 7 or 8 of them - where someone wanted a XIV character removed because it had the same name they had in RL and it was throwing off their results when they'd Google themselves. They got more and more insistent as time went on. I never did answer them; wonder if Scragg did.
