Take the number of updates you missed.

Multiply by 2 new dungeons, with 1 new "hard" dungeon of an old one. Add in half that number of big boss fights with gear that makes relics obsolete.
Also half that number of 18 man dungeons that people do legit on Tuesday, and then derp the rest of the week.
Sprinkle in beastman quests.
Throw in a failed attempt at new content that no one does anymore for flavor.

VIOLA you are all caught up.
