Scragg's a busy dude.
Making it a set time every week makes it easier on him to schedule around it, gives me a concrete target to shoot for, timing wise, and hopefully sets expectations for everyone on when (and how often) the site will be updated.
I say hopefully because the last two Tuesdays haven't had a patch, but there will be one this week (and no more gaps, I hope).

I honestly wonder how often that works? No one is really that optimistic anymore.
One of my cousins is a part of a pay to pray church and when he worked with us one day, he left a church pamphlet with his tip.
Over here people focus on pretty much everything BUT religion because it's not something most people are interested in and since people don't talk about it you can believe whatever you want without people questioning your choices.
