Starting suit selection seems nice at least.

Rumour is that Wing Gundam and Heavyarms are gonna be the first event suits too.

Bleh. Battle Operation NEXT removed the ability to get out of your mobile suit. That was one of the fun things from the first game; getting out of your suit and finishing off weakened enemies with a rocket launcher, or shooting some poor sod while he's repairing his suit and then taking it for a spin and killing all his allies while they don't have a clue what's going on. :<

Tried bleach, used 3 gallons on two small parts and let it sit for like 6 hours. Got a good chunk off, but I would have to resoak it at least 2 more times to get it all. And then I have 8 more peaces that I would like to strip that are all at least 3 times the size of these small 2, and I would kinda like to not waste $100 on bleach. Currently have oven cleaner on there and am waiting to see if I can just finish getting the chrome off these small pieces, but I already know oven cleaner wont be able to handle the bigger pieces. Been suggested aircraft stripper and brake fluid... unfortunately I think brake fluid would totally destroy the plastic. Have you tried dynamite?
I freaked out because I (apparently incorrectly) assumed based on the comment by Jassik that the MS Paint was out, and the new contest he had in mind would be replacing it.
I got super defensive about it because once upon a time we had a bad situation for several weeks where certain P&R trolls were coming into MS Paint and blatantly breaking rules, trying to throw around first amendment, art is exempt blah blah blah blah Grumpy is boring us now. It was a time when MS Paint was really close to being shut down because of it, and this is part of the reason I hold such a grudge against P&R. mistakes happen!
we stil love you Grumpy! :] Grumpy Cat said: » I freaked out because I (apparently incorrectly) assumed based on the comment by Jassik that the MS Paint was out, and the new contest he had in mind would be replacing it. So, apparently there's a game called Pokkén Tournament coming out, which has Pokémon fighting in a more traditional fighting game format. For anyone who has played Dissidia 012, see if these particular game mechanics sound familiar:
Quote: And then you have different powers with meters that fill up as you fight – one of them lets you call an assist Pokémon that can attack an enemy for a second or buff you, and the other allows you to activate Burst Mode, which strengthens your attacks, heals you a bit, and lets you unleash an ultimate Burst Attack. Had a discussion with my prop-making mentor.
Decided to make a FFXIV Dark Knight cosplay as my end goal for everything I'm learning. I'm giddy as hell. :x Bismarck.Dracondria said: » Glad it's well fed and only want to play. ;) It's teething apparently
Dude, caaaalm.
Yesterday you were already talking about possibly calling it quits on the game after a couple dungeons and now you're fiending for the expansion. More proof that Final Fantasy Online games are more addictive than crack - the random mood swings.
I just saw a Minecraft version of Legos on TV.
Apparently it's a version of Legos completely made of blocks... Bloodrose said: » More proof that Final Fantasy Online games are more addictive than crack - the random mood swings. For one thing, they pretty much are the same things, you build your imagination with building blocks. The largest argument I've heard AGAINST them is "why not just play the game?", well that's not what the legos are for. Pretty much I see it as saving one of your creations outside of the game to display it on the shelf, or something. Imagine you're 5-10 years old and your parents let you play Minecraft, and you like to build things in the game, well with those you'd be able to build something you're proud of outside of the game to save and remember it after you start a new world or move on to something else. I think it's just kinda a nice way to save a memory. I like lego because I get really destructive when I'm bored (like if I'm watching something), it lets me build stuff instead of destroying random stuff on my desk >.> I can't help it lol, if there's paper I'm gonna make some sick confetti out of it
