A10. The idea behind this is not to be able to use all of the combos all at one time, and instead we would like players to separate their uses based on the situation. The same is true for warrior. There will be times when damage and DoTs will take priority over decreasing an enemy’s strength, so please use each combo depending on the situation.

Halone's STR debuff doesn't wear off when you use Goring or Royal Authority though so wat They mean you can't do Riot > halone > Royal > riot > halone without the debuff dropping off since it's a 20second duration and thats a 21-22 second rotation.

Seems more like "it gets overwritten" with the way it's written
I don't even use Halone much anymore

My guess is just a weird translation. I use it if I'm about to take a big hit or at the start of fights if I'm with DDs who don't think quelling strikes in their openers are a thing. I'd probably have to use it a bit more if I used vit gear for anything though.

I use it when I do stuff with Dameion/Isack because they creep up on hate quickly at the start (I do 2 at the start) but then I don't need to since the normal combos keep me ahead of them

Kinda the good thing about the Flare Nerf tbh is lower hate gen overall for the tank to manage.
