Can be treated if you caught it early enough.
I tried disabling collision like you mentioned for Skyrim RoD but only my cart made it to the execution and then it wouldn't go into the right cutscene lol, it's pretty *** up.
I have a great dilemma: salvage first and icecream later, or icecream first and salvage later?

You have to disable collision for everything and everyone. The cart, the horse, the person driving, the prisoners, you, etc.
That might do it... dunno.

Drac one more thing, you using a custom race? Cuz I had the same problem till installed a custom race fixer mod, Oblivion had the same problem as well. Idr the name of the mod tho :/ lost all of mine when I restored my PC last month

Thanks for the offer. Currently I am just lounging around areas and just getting used to PS3 key-hotbars and trying to find my way around.
Strange thing though, I can't find certain areas that I swore was in one area. It was the area with a port town that led up a hill to the first Duty-Finder dungeon.
That area had several Fates that was pretty low level, if I remember right. Trying to stay away from crafting right now, I can always start that up again on my down time. But I do have a feeling that they did change other things in the game, seems leveling takes longer now also...

The zombie survival guide says the same thing, also to keep a good Melee weapon on you just in case, but to watch for splatter ;/.

A doctor could tell me that I have cancer and only a few days left to live and I doubt it'd bother me as much as this does.

Go into your settings and try turning on vsync. That will force the game to run at your monitors refresh rate. It might allow you to get passed the intro.
It's like the horse just randomly changes direction for no reason whatsoever. My cart makes it through just fine by climbing the mountain and flipping for a bit but the other cart gets stuck even with tcl and then glitches into the ground and knocks me around instead of climbing over the mountain and arriving for the execution
This expression always cracks me up
