How have you guys all been doing? So the American Heart Association says that the maximum added sugar intake per day should be no more than 9 teaspoons (comes out to 36 grams). I successfully completed an entire day without going over 36 grams of pure (not corn, I don't swing that way) sugar.

I can stomach the Coke Zero though. For my particular diet, according to my physician, I can only have: Milk, high protein foods like eggs or lean red meat, chicken, turkey etc., certain high fiber vegetables, extremely limited fruits, rice or potatoes. And water. Have to drink lots of water -.- was already hospitalized once due to pain issues, but the doctors discovered I was extremely and severely dehydrated, despite drinking 3-4 liters of water a day. So now I have to drink even more. The other day I had to have 10 liters. My room mate got one of those Nutri-Bullet things, and I fix half a banana and a strawberry into my milk, and blend it for about 10 seconds. |
