That I know of. Bismarck.Magnuss said: » Hmm. I think I misread that and got what I wanted out of it. Well, I haven't had any issues with guys dressed up as ladies so far. That I know of. Where's troy when you need him

I haven't made my mind up yet, i'll do that when I save up the moolah for it. I had a 550ti, I have a 660 now, they're close to the same price now. Would you say it's worth the upgrade? Not a bad price (could probably do it in the next paycheck ... or sooner if I don't go crazy with my money at megacon this weekend) I'd just look at the gpu benchmark site and looke at price/performance and find one of that chipset. As prices change all the time. I would say a ginle better card is probably most likey better for performance than sli, cost wise. Anna Ruthven said: » Bismarck.Magnuss said: » Hmm. As prices change all the time. I would say a ginle better card is probably most likey better for performance than sli, cost wise. I wouldn't buy 560tis or a 660 tbh. They're both inferior options. For low price, medium performance I'd go with a AMD 7870. Next step up would be a GTX760, then GTX770. Final step is GTX780. 780ti and Titan(Black) are not even close to worth their pricetags, anyone who buys one is just strutting their stuff or doesn't know what they're doing. Summary: AMD 7870 is the most cost:performance efficient mid-range card on the market. It outperforms the 560ti, GTX660, 660ti, etc. for less money. This should be the entry level for all PC gaming enthusiasts. Next step up, the GTX760, costs 21% more than the 7870, but gives around a 20~25% boost in performance. Next step above that, the GTX770, costs 17% more than the GTX760 and 42% more than the 7870. It provides a 20~25% boost over the 760, and a 45~50% boost over the 7870. If you have a little more money to spend, this is what I'd get, personally. Can add a second 770 later down the road and be set for a long time. The final step on the current GPU ladder is the GTX780. It's a monster of a card, coming in 65% more expensive than the 770, 93% more expensive than the 760, and a whopping 133% more expensive than the 7870. What you get for the enormous price tag is over double the performance of the 7870, a 60~70% improvement over the 750, and a 25~30% improvement over the 770. This is not the most efficient card to buy, but if you're looking for the absolute best, look no further. The 780ti and Titan may outperform it, but they also cost double what the 780 does for very little benefit. When I got my 660 it was a great price/performance and I got it for a great price due to holiday sales. I am not a fan of amd/ati video cards, I try to stick with Nvidia. volkom said: » Ohji Lunartail said: » Josiahkf said: » Anna Ruthven said: » Bismarck.Magnuss said: » Anna Ruthven said: » I know that feel.
