What the hell is with this new helix fossil thing?

and I think it's about time I replace this ps2 controller, it still functions, but I guess after 12~ years it's just seen better days. Most of the symbols are worn off, analog sticks are a bit flimsy...

It's just a silly twitchplayspokemon thing, as the game is played in anarchy mode people make mistakes, like, trying to use the helix fossil. It happens enough times that people start making a thing about it, and as the game progresses the "story" of their journey is written by the players currently playing at that time.

In short the fossil is just part of the lore of the story. They consult the fossil for advice, and praise it as a religion to lead them the right path.

The Dome fossil represents Democracy, which is what the playthrough is against, unless they are against all odds and have no chance of moving forward without it, then they use democracy to move logically. Except democracy has been abused lately, both by new players and a streamer who is trying to destroy the stream by deleting their pokemon.

I thought it was just that the Helix Fossil was the second item in the bag and was seen so often that jokes started being made about it as well as other odd key items.

While they are seen often, they're also "used" often. Resulting in the idea that Red is constantly seeking the Helix Fossil for guidance which then led to it being a kind of god.

The game was made to run on dial-up so if your internet is kinda meh, it can be laggy when you stream even if it's not when you play.

Can be a number of things. From the software that you use, to your quality/bandwidth settings, to your upload speeds. The list goes on.

I never noticed how BORING i was until i watched myself.
