Yeah, I've got the plan, just need the chance to execute it. And time of course.
It's so annoying though. Why put the job opening out there and state you need so and so degrees/people willing to learn, if they're just going to tell you that you need to already have worked in the field for 4 years.
How do you get experience if everywhere says the same thing? I never understood that logic.

Okay, that is it. I tried being tolerant and ignore the noise/banging overhead. But now a guest has actually called and complained. Security is getting called.
That is where I would move to.. that or Fayetteville. I actually live like 1 - 1 1/2 hours from Louisiana border.
Preferably leave this entire state if possible. Go somewhere like Colorado or Northern California
