Good things today. Did a long distance transport where I got to drive, utterly wasting the bulk of our work day. Got off on time.

Bad things today. Asked a cute nurse out and got shot down in a blaze of glory... or humiliation, however you want to look at it. There is not a Spec's nor Sigel's in Texas that has the rum I am looking for (Gosling's Family Reserve).

Drinking to my honor is always a good thing... in fact a drink sounds quite good right now. Here here to my awesomeness and to cute nurses everywhere!

I will indeed miss cute nurses, I start school on Monday so cutting back to part time at work as of today.

Poor guy. Have to lay the ground work. Takes a long time. Then you don't even need to ask! Then there's never that rejection!

Don't feel too bad, I know I don't. We picked up 3 patients today, and I bumped into her 3 times. Figured why not on the third time. It wasn't an "Eww go away perv" rejection, it was a smile and a "I'm sorry I can't."

First thing my wife asked when I told her I got shot down was "Was she hot?"
