Dark chocolate is not to be trusted. Milk chocolate all the way! Pretty sure I overindulge on the wine part more often than not when I drink it. :-( Those serving sizes are just so little.

The problem is, the lighter the chocolate, the less beneficial it is for you. By the time you hit white chocolate, it's lost all benefits. :/

Also interesting tidbit.. If you're on the beach and stung by a jelly fish (most are relatively harmless..) bury whatever part was stung in the wet sand.. A better remedy is vinegar, but I've never really known people to carry vinegar to the beach...

Won't work.. Usually.. The reason peeing on it is even suggested is the acidic content.. If you get someone with diluted piss, then you got pissed on for nothing.
