Here the "hydrants" are basically built into the ground. Kinda like flaps so there isnt anything popping up above ground

volkom's title is under threat :P
They have either water or some kind of foam in the tank. We can't use gas here, it's most likely too expensive. The Vatican is tiny as hell and they have an enormous amount of tourists they make money off of. They can afford it (and need to use it because of the old things) but in a fairly big country it's not affordable.
