I know I really shouldn't have been surprised but it was the fact that there was only 1 pic like that that got me. If there had been 4 or 5 I'd have been a little less surprised but apparently only one is relevant.

Anyway lol I really hate how inconsiderate some people can be. You ask for an hour window to come see a house you are interested in buying, but then wait until the very last minute to show up? Or don't show up at all?

We will be by to service x problem from 8:30am-9:30pm. Please make sure someone is at the house and can answer the door at all times or you will be put to the back of the queue and have to wait two more weeks.

We've had multiple people never cancel their visits. It's the first day of summer vacation....kind of have things I want to do with my kids <.<

That's why I'm trying to have my house on the market before I go on vacation for a week. At least I'll have the week to not worry about staying out of the house while people are doing a viewing. I have the contractors I hired to paint the interior of the house next Monday and Tuesday. Sucks! This is my first time selling a house, and it is nerve-racking!
EDIT: Well, this blurb wasn't applicable to renting. :/

Well then! Idk,I still -partially- wanna say deal with it.gif since you signed up for it when you decided to rent,but at the same thing,I can agree with the fact that it must be an annoyance!

Well, the house was taken off the market when we signed our rental agreement. He put it back on.

If someone bought it during our contract, they'd have to either buy us out or wait until it was up to move in. We'd also have to be given 30 days notice. (We've been doing this since Decemberish I think?)
Since our agreement is up at the end of the month, we're just going to do month to month (as much as I don't like it) because there isn't really anywhere that's a good amount of space or reasonably priced.
We get 60 days notice now if someone puts in an offer though.
