Back pain, stares from ungentlemanly guys, they'd be in the way for bloody everything, couldn't even lay on your belly, good luck finding a tank top that doesn't completely overexpose you (nevermind a swimsuit!), crude jokes from people asking how much they cost. To name a couple reasons. D: If I had bigger than a C, I'd likely want reduction surgery just to keep my back in decent condition.

I wouldn't know, mine aren't that ginormous. But every single one of my friends with large breasts have complained quite a bit of back pain. :/

I dont get why so many people talk about breast size and back problems lol.... If a woman is content with her bust size I'd say thats good enough. If they have back problems then its probably worth it to them to stay that big unless they just cant get anything done about it. besides I'm sure if you do some exercises for back strength that would probably help. either way I don't get all the nonsense about it lol.
