so I appear in the white soapsign spot, but as a darkwraith and the guy thinks I'm hacking -_-
I had it do this to me once in the depths... the awkward part is they didn't summon me it seemed because I was in the bonfire room with the door closed and couldn't open it. I just used the exit stone but looking back I should have just lurked behind the door naked or something to see how they reacted.

If you were unlucky then you still have to get through the first portion in complete darkness before you meet "Trusty" Patches, and for a first time player if you don't know where to go or the shortcuts the darkness can be very intimidating.

I have the lantern and the head piece :| but ._. it's so dark and creepy and there are skeletons everywhere D:
Also just went to beat the catacombs because that woman cleric was gone :| I ran into an invincible and invisible skeleton... and it flies >_> wtf

The lantern is a 100% drop from the last necromancer unless another one drops it and you don't pick it up.

I just wanted to see what it was like to have faith instead of just using pyromancies :(

I'm going to stop playing Dark Souls for awhile... maybe a week or so >_>

Got to Tomb of Giants and got knocked off a ledge :|
then got shot with an arrow right after I popped off a humanity(lost idk how many souls and lost 13 or so humanity)
then 2 normal skeletons knocked me off the stairs in The Catacombs so lost everything >_>
