A tablet is basically a phone, only bigger. And oh yeah, it can't make calls, but most phones nowadays can't either, so it won't make much of a difference.

i know... i should realize it's a complete waste of money, but i end up watching netflix on my phone in random places. wry not watch it on a slightly bigger screen?
