I think the problem is that I woke up super crabby. xD I better dump some honey in my iced tea and hope it sweetens me up!
Cut 2 red potatoes into about 9 small chunks each,sprinkle a little steak seasoning over them,1 quick spray of 1 calorie extra virgin olive oil on top and underneath,throw them in the oven at 180C for 35 mins.
I'm gonna use a of butter and/or gravy once I change over to a hardcore bulk phase,along with baked potatoes and mashed potatoes too,im not fussy when it comes to potatoes,a good thing about being irish i suppose

Im gonna try mix it up with sweet potatoes at some point but im told they are nasty. Usually i use 3 potatoes when doing what im doing now because i usually grill 2 steaks (1 for another time/day) and that way i have enough potatoes to store away with the 2nd steak

When I was a wee small squirt, my older brother and sister convinced me that catsup was pronounced "cat soup" and it was so called because the red coloring came from the guts and blood of cats. I believed them for years.
I also believed my brother when he said that when a mosquito bite itched, I should scratch it til it bled because then the stuff that made it itch would ooze out with the blood.
Good lord I was the dumbest, most gullible kid on the planet, I'm pretty sure. /blush
