A little calmer now but still irritable due now to this Diet i put myself on. I came here 2 years ago and weighed 228ish lbs. (i am 6 foot 5 inches tall btw) and now i weigh 260 lbs.

Now, i am limiting my portions big time and sticking to 3 meals a day. For lunch, water, 6 inch flat bread sub with lettice, honey mustard and teriyaki chicken.

....still hungry

Luckily i seem to have a guardian angel looking out for me. Those emails she sends help me out through the day

lol quiznor.

It's more along the lines of I think i been eating as if i still was as active as i was on the ship. On the ship, with all the work and running around i did, i ate ALOT but still was under my weight limit and rather skinny. Now I have a higher stress but physically easy desk job until i get back to the ship. But because of this, i have gained alot of "fat" weight. I know i have gained some muscle mass here too (been doing command pt) but until i get back into a fully active lifestyle again i need to stop eating like i am in one

She's been married for like 14 years now, but that's pretty much the exact same thing I was thinking as far as the reasoning behind it.
