Picture I Can't Erase

Awhile back when the passwords were changed I could no longer log into my old account, so created a new one. Both were for same character, Nomadikhan of Bahamut.

Problem is i can't delete the picture i posted for my character because I was never able to access my old account.

Is there anyway to get rid of it?

I don't have the source to my app which i used to create it, so it's useless.
