You need unofficial windower, and to run two instances, you simply open the program twice.
As for controls, as far as I know the window has to be focused for the controls to work, you can only control one window at a time, if there is a way around that, I never found it, but after a week or so getting used to it, it's easy enough switching windows.
Wouldn't installing it to two paths work? meh if not whatever.
As for the controller thing, that's fine as long as I don't go to move in the one and the other doesn't start moving with it, it wouldn't be much different than changing screens.
In fact I could start doing it at home too, just use my hdmi output (that I'm using right now) for my monitor and use the laptops screen and just alt-tab :D
Now if there were only a way to get a controller assigned to each window, then I could just dualbox with both active, that'd be the ***.
Guess I could indulge in figuring out a way to assign a controller via the windower control panel and have them code it to a release. It would be a cool feature to have, but I guess the usefulness of it would be to a limited user base so meh.
