Was responding to Newty's post but didn't realize this was a necrobump so I thought his post was relatively recent.

So if the Obis force the Iridescence to proc on the Chatoyant staff, does this mean it's best to full time Twilight cape and Obi no matter what the day is?

No, because it still needs to line up with Lightning weather or day

It doesn't force the proc regardless of day, it just makes the 30~35% chance of weather/day occurrence 100% on the proper weather/day.

also one has higher chance to AF proc, other is highest dmg out put overall.
for day/weather obv sub Chatoyant, Twilight and Obi.





If you cant afford or obtain above sets this is optimal for you and cheap/easy to obtain.


Optimal CW bodys. Only use Morrigans body/hands together otherwise use 2nd set or a body from this list.
Morrigan's mab 13 int 12 > Tessera 13 dex + 5 mab >
Athos 15 dex > Spurinna 15 mab > Toci 13 dex >
Auspex 12 mab > Ocelemoh +1 12dex > Loki 11 dex

From my own knoladge and testing DEX will out perform MAB, not by much tho its a minor fraction if you where to do the math for exact numbers.
Depending whats available to you there is many subs to fill the areas where you cant obtain.
