I use a rule of thumb (1 DEX equals about 1 MAB or 2 INT under BA) to determine what gear to use for the spots in question.
If math geeks have actual values though, I would like to know them as well, since this is only what I've concluded by reading up stuff a while back.
I recall reading the exact multipliers when I read through one of these threads but I can't find it now.
Well, aside from Novio Earring, that is.. that's pretty much prime-time. But who nit-picks here? Am I right?
Strendu Ring - Not terribly easy to get, but still not completely out of the question. Seems to be the most common upper tier drop from Voidwrought in the groups I've gone with.

Only my personal opinion, not universally valid.
My Cw's did 5.2k on T surveyors in altepa, w/out ascectics or Momento ( I was in a hurry) w/ Lion / Ultimate / B-Horn, JW if thats average dmg? i see alot of you guys doing 6k is that with our without buff?
Should be either with Memento or Ascetics. The 6k that is.

Correct, assuming Burst Affinity. Romanus cape is slightly better than Nifty Mantle, however.

If you got the +1 it would probably pull *slightly* ahead under BA. However Moldavite will probably pull slightly ahead when BA not up. Wouldn't be much difference either way.
Any good alternative for Maat's Cap / Aias Bonnet?

I was thinking /BLM for MAB traits + MAB Blue trait and buffs like:
Memento Mori
Amplification
Plenuline Ambrace
Or should I set other SJ for more DEX?
Ánd the rest of my spell should contain DEX boosts?

MABIII is at level 50 for blm, so you aren't going to get it subbed. Subbing blm or rdm will get you the same tier (MAB2) and if you try setting your MAB trait via spells, it won't give you any additional MAB since you're already getting the trait through sub.
Not sure what you mean by self buffs, but before I pull I use Stoneskin, phalanx, occultation and now Harden Shell (Cocoon before).
Setting a different subjob purely for DEX won't net you a lot. Stick with /rdm for the buffs and MAB.

Pretty much all of this
A properly geared CW should be able to one-shot most any pull (bar the odd resist on a couple mobs), especially if you Whirl of Rage before sleeping.
Essentially the steps are:
Roll on up into camp like a chief
CA
Efflux
(by now the mobs are probably all here) Whirl of Rage
Dream flower while they're slept
BA
Charged whisker
And the deed is done, an all in all 20~25 second process.
If you're taking over 20~25 seconds to get rid of mobs because you're spamming like 6 fantods or something, I hate you -_-.

Goblin Rush has some DEX on it, so it is a 2-for-1 spell. If I am one shotting conserve MP is nice simnce I don't usually have MM set.

Let me start off by saying my CW gear set is average if that so in the past when I used MM,RR, and Lion I did about 3500 which isn't bad to me as I didn't have the other 2 atmas, but I recently got BH so I go try again but with the same exact gear I barely break 3k and average about 2700, does Ultimate make that big a difference, how the heck am I getting less damage than before.
And to make it worst when I was doing some testing the other day some douche had come over to Fell Cleave the mobs I had slept after my first CW and WoR so I was pissed.
