What are most people's experience with this NM? I can't see it being both Lottery sometimes and a Timed spawn other times. Also, is there even any NMs in all 9 Abyssea that are lottery spawns?

Lieje is top Cryptonberry in widescan, i'd assume Gangly would be the same, but there are a few NMs that have it randomly in their list, so I'd just kill them all if you dont want to test it.
