I really haven't had any problems, and I have been marveling a what about what a better job they did on Skyrim than Oblivion as far as optimization goes. Oblivion stutters pretty regularly on PS3 but Skyrim has been smooth as butter pretty much all the time. But for the past half hour I have had nothing but jaggy framerate. Playable but stutters every 2-7 seconds and then...my textures just went all wack. The ground was flickering white, snow wolves and other animals were just white, no texture or skins or anything, and then inside a building was all glitchy green. I've had the game on for almost 8 hours today straight so I turned it off, gunna let it cool down if that was the problem. Anyone else seen anything like that? i occasionally have texture problems with my ps3, but i have a feeling its because of age. my ps3 is one of the originals when it was released. When you are skilling up smithing, I'm guessing you just re-sell the daggers back for a huge loss?
Phoenix.Darriken said: » When you are skilling up smithing, I'm guessing you just re-sell the daggers back for a huge loss? yea basically, or if you have a supply of soul gems you can use them to skillup enchanting as well Phoenix.Darriken said: » When you are skilling up smithing, I'm guessing you just re-sell the daggers back for a huge loss? You could technically go loot the Dwarven area, Make a bunch of Dwarf Ingots, and Craft a fook-ton of Dwarven Bows, which are pretty simple to make... (when you get the right skill level) That, and they sell for alot, so you make more than your money back theres a giant heading for battle-born farm O.O
also im about to start my trek to solitude Ifrit.Darkanaseur said: » How exactly do you start the Dark Brotherhood storyline? I got a courier letter saying We Know after killing the orphanage lady. Has anyone been putting their level up category into Stamina? If so, how is it treating you. I've just been putting every level into HP because I have no clue. I basically use a bow or dual wield daggers, Light armor guy all sneaky and sorts. Not sure if i should start increasing my stamina.

Not sure if i should start increasing my stamina. besides increasing the amount of time you can sprint, it also adds to your carry weight. i've put about 60 points into it so far and im up to like 330 weight woo took down the giant, it wasnt too bad. just had to stay out of its reach, and use fus ro whenever it got too close
So i just realized you can't make any other armor or weapons besides Iron or whatever unless you spend the skill points to unlock those smithing perks?
ohmyjesus dragon in the road o.o
Phoenix.Darriken said: » So i just realized you can't make any other armor or weapons besides Iron or whatever unless you spend the skill points to unlock those smithing perks? I've put points into smithing, debating whether or not to put them into enchanting as well. it was fighting a giant, i killed the giant first and then the dragon started assaulting whiterun >.>
then it flew back over and i killed it with the help of some guards Psycho Slip said: » Phoenix.Darriken said: » So i just realized you can't make any other armor or weapons besides Iron or whatever unless you spend the skill points to unlock those smithing perks? Well I only use Light armor (I'm going to use heavy armor just to level up my character level) So i figure i only need to put perks on the light armor side of the smithing perks. I'll probably do the same with enchanting too, I mean i guess if you want the best possible gear to put on your character, you would have to do it. if you're overencumbered and theres nothing worth dropping, you can use wuld to get around the lack of running
Phoenix.Darriken said: » When you are skilling up smithing, I'm guessing you just re-sell the daggers back for a huge loss? Nevermind... I might need to use perks on the heavy armor side of smithing to make Daedric bows since i assume they will be the best type of bow :/
So far Daedric is the best type of weapons ive seen in the game so yeah use your perks to get it and also there are no Dragon weapons that you can craft.I made a Legendary Daedric Sword and it was the best thing i've seen so far for sword's.
Anyone know if any friendly dragons are in the game? Maybe one you could shout for and ride ^^ idk

I eat, sleep, dream in Skyrim now and have a feeling I will continue to do so for quite some time. Literally the best game I've ever played. i have to say, the throat of the world is the most beautiful place so far. if you take the north path from whiterun to ivarstead it is absolutely gorgeous the whole way up. and the area just below ivarstead is absolutely amazing.

The music is key! Hurray for destroying all my good magic gear in order to learn the enchantments to put them on some decently crafted gear later on...
