get error saying that im missing MSVCP140D.dll file. tried downloading the microsoft package that google said its part of and reinstalling it, and still gets same error.

I redownloaded the microsoft package and ran a repair
I redcownloaded kparser
I tried both the most recent memlocs
it identifies the correct process, but it shows nothing int he windows.
kparser is completely blank. it does not show any input from game

Doesn't work for me. Using Kparser version 1.6, made sure the log files path points to the correct location and updated the memloc. Nothing. You sure that's the right address?

I just went out and doubled checked and had no problems. I also asked Martel who uses it for a lot of testing and his had no issues.
My thoughts are either you have the Windower timestamp addon setup wrong or you have battlemod loaded.
Works by default with the Timestamp from SE and Windower Plugin (now phased out for the addon version.).

Thank you very much for this. Added and bookmarked everything. Sounds like you get annoyed with finding this so sorry about that, Its been years since I last tried to use KParser and much prefer it over Scoreboard and whatever that Scoreboard alternative was. Got it working again, awesome.
Not annoyed, but surprised people keep asking the same question on forum/MP/discords.
Keep in mind i just patched the original kparser with the new chatlog headers introduced in 2015, kparser has a lot of issues unresolved.
