Someone told me that the cap in the new areas can reach 1200-1700 EXP per kill...anyone else experience this?

Nope. Highest I got for a normal mob is 600. Though you can get lots of extra from dominion

I got 12k in a bastion a couple days ago, less than 5 minutes for it too.. and then i went a bastion with 0 exp. The round i got exp in we had clone wards up, the 0 exp round lasted around 5 seconds or so once mobs arrived, our martellos are lame :/
