Question About !! Weaknesses

I've taken a rather long break from ffxi, since right after first abyssea add-on came out. Now I'm coming back to the game so I was researching up abyssea on the wiki and had a question about the !! weaknesses; on the wiki it states that you should only activate a !! once for the drops to be increases on mobs. Does that only hold true for !! of the same color or does that also apply to stacking different colored !!?

(Can I activate both a red and yellow !! and have the drop rates both are related too increased? Or would it count as more than one !! for the drops?)

You can stack each weakness stagger (1 blue, 1 red, 1 grellow) without negatively affecting any of them. Only staggering the same stagger type multiple times is bad.
