I use them and use them well, I do! <3 I actually can't imagine trying to get around Windy w/o them anymore, aha.
Why is Bastok Consulate far away from the other consulates in Windy?
lol, yeah. Same here. Windy's too big not to use them tbh. I'm not in Windy often with T, but I'm there fairly frequently with my Mithra Rdm.

What Tarutarus are we talking about? I don't go to Windurst much so I only know about the one just down the steps in Waters that takes you to the Woods Chocobo Stables. If there's more I want to know about them!

lol, well it's just the standard one on Wiki which they got from FFXI-Atlas, I added in the black lines to show where the tarus are and where they send you. =)

At least it has the best music by far, even in the past... :) For example the Sandy music *half of the song, the first part, is impossible to bear, the calm part is actually quite nice) will make you commit suicide after listening 111x in a row or so I read, I am actually too scared to test it. Now when I go there, I just turn the volume off until I can get out XD
Side note: a lot of the best songs in FF11 were composed by Nobuo Uematsu, Ronfaure, the airship song, to name a few...
