Been trying intermittent fasting for the past month and see if it'd help at all with results. Haven't changed eating habits (well just started Mon/Tuesday with the Skillet thread, not long enough to make a diff in these results here), or how much I've exercised in this past month. Have been eating/working out the same throughout.
8-31-2012 (before) 10-4-2012 (current) They go 16-24 hours a day without eating? D: I get twitchy if I go more than 2-3 hours without munching. I fast when I'm sleeping. /blush. It looks like it's working for you though, you look maybe slimmer around the belly/hip bones.
I do an 18 hour fast with a 6 hour eating window personally, but I usually never take the whole 6 hours to eat,2-3 tops, with most of the time being 1-2 with how busy my schedule is. But I just start the "fast" at the last time I ate rather than at the start end of the window.
On a school days though, I usually just eat after school, so closer to the 24 hour fast because I get home and eat at 7 or 8 every night. My last meal int he day is 8pm usually and I just really need to replace my morning breakfast with BCAA's to do this since I work out at 11am daily. Those are def some good results, thanks for the post. |
