I decided that I was gonna host some files since TehKrizz.net's download section is unavaliable at this time.

Here is the latest patch. Ill add the others soonish.

Can be found at the Final Fantasy XIV section at the bottom. Feel free to run virus scans or w/e.

It only took me 30 seconds to download the latest patch with the downloader so I think there download system is improving over what was used during the beta.

Still takes an hour+ with the official downloader even with correct port forwarded versus throwing the torrent in utorrent. utorrent it takes ~1minute. It's funny, in utorrent the game doesn't actually connect to the XIV tracker. The only incoming connections I receive are from DHT.

I had an issue with open beta, but since retail I haven't had a problem downloading to be honest (as scary as that sounds :O) longest download so far was maybe 3 minutes.
