Yeah, it's a retroactive time reduction. If you have a number of stones saved up on from when you just had the 18 hour timer and then obtain the second Celerity abyssite, it'll adjust the number of stones you had saved up to how many you would have had if you had saved up for the same length of time with both Celerity.

For example, if you had 2 on Joachim with just one Celerity (thus meaning you waited 36 hrs) and then managed to get the other Celerity, the number on Joachim will change to 3 because on a 12 hour timer you would have gotten 3 stones in the 36 hours you waited.

Sadly, the retroactive bonus only applies IF Joachim had stones to begin with.

If you were using them nonstop, the reduction would give you zero. Possibly a slight reduction on the current stone's timer, at best.

Wish I had known it did a retroactive thing lol. Would've went all out on getting it first. Instead of mixing it with other abyssea stuff
