I wish I'd looked into which communities were populating which server. I'd much prefer the German server to the French one that I got :/
2 languages in this world I can't stand. French....and Dutch..../grumble 9 hour flight on KLM /grumble grumble

You have to take in consideration the fact that the average age of most cool kids on the block is 14-17. The same is true of Japanese players. Some are rude, some engage in anti-social behavior and some are just complete jerks. Racism is nothing new as far as Germany and most of EU is concerned. I speak 3 languages fluently and in 2009 I was in Berlin for a week and I was frowned upon for speaking "Englisch" and not Deutch. There are good and bad apples in every orchard. Es tut mir leid, wenn ich beleidigt niemanden.

after knowing most of sylph's germans and actually spending like 1 year in one of their LSs, thats what i'm thinking today - no offense meant.

i also said i dont think all of them are the same, but almost everyone i personally met ingame had an annoying attitude which i didnt notice on other EU players, NAs or JPs... or any other nation.

i speak several languages too, by the way. =)

If I could convince my friends to leave i'd probably do it but blarghhhhhh the friends who talked me into playing are on bodhum. I should make traveling mules to visit friends.

That's what I've always heard, I expect more content around march when the launch was intended so for the time being I'm just going focus on crafts and a little bit of combat levels. I figure if I have cash and an easy way to make more I'll be set.
