Are there any nice ppl left out there?
Why do ppl have to be so mean all the time? I had a guy the other day tell me "If you are a THF and don't equip for TH 100% of the time then GTFO". Why not just say can you please keep your TH equiped durring this party even though it is not a factor and will not help with what we are doing? I just don't understand why ppl have to be Jerks all the time. Are there any nice ppl left out there?

Unfortunately, all the nice people get taken advantage of in this game. So most of them have been gone for a while =/ (Sorry don't mean to offend anyone...I've recently been taken advantage of myself just for being nice to someone).

He also told me that Thf is only good for one thing and one thing only. Without TH Thf is worthless in events. After all the times I Died for all of the ppl in Dyna sack pulls :( and all the exp partys that I pulled for for all the long hours while they take turns going afk. It may have been sarcasm... I don't know? I dont even know the guy it was for an Abyssea party.

ive helpped many ppl just for doing so and it was fun for me, but i did get pissed when ppl just used me b/c i was nice

End-gamers ruined FFXI. Everyone knew everything, everyone's setup was better that everyone elses, and if you disagree with anyone, you're a noob, no one had any incentive to be civil, nine times out of ten, only the corrupt *** had nice gear, and they constantly held it over any nice guy's head till the nice guy goes bad. It got pointless. And once 99 is attainable, it'll probably happen again.

In-game. Nothing metaphorical there. I just found end-game to be kinda worthless. Not all well equipped people were Serj- I mean douches, but many were, I'd go as far as saying most were.

Events were meant to be done for fun.. But you're right only because most people you find to pt will usually be one of those corrupt people.

And really in the end +Th does so little that using it can actually hurt droprate. Granted that's usually only soloing when the loss of dmg far outweights that tiny little extra TH

All I know is I don't have alot of great things in the game and only have time to play one job and it happens to be THF. It just seems the only way to get anyware in this game is to bend over and take it dry or go without.... Well I just go without for the most part and enjoy the things that I have gotten thanks to my friends on the game. I play the way I like and dont listen to A holes.

Das, it's that logic that makes people the way they are... It brings the group down? Has this game become a job or a chore to anyone? Do things for fun...
