skill*0.11, same as it's always been.

I'm Elvaan too and if you have blu af body on relic hat and mavi ammo and full blue magic merits than you break a tier making mavi beat str+2 ammo
AF3+1/2 legs can change that though, and relic hat is surpassed by enough options now that I feel we should be moving away from assuming it's used in any given physical build.
