Honestly, as for DD spells, I don't set many. Goblin Rush & Quad Continuum for sure, but with haste up you can blow through your mp just using those spells (Without out-side refresh) in quick succession, can set a third if you need though, I only really set a third if I'm JUST DD, such as in abyssea or something. If i'm fighting anything else, I'm usually stunning & enfeebling / keeping myself alive / doing shadows etc.. Any more than 2 spells is over-the-top in my opinioon, you should have your timers back up already.
But, like I said, each to their own. Do your own play style & see what works best. I change my spell set around a lot, depending on what enfeebles/buffs I'm going to need and whatnot.
I generally put spells up like so:
Head butt: Always
Auto-Refresh:Always
DD or nuking spells: Depends on what I'm doing, example quad/goblin rush or regurg/diss/blastbomb
Needed buffs/enfeebs: Do I need silence? Dispel? Diamondhide?
Stat buffs: am I going for DD? If so, set spells such as Triumphant roar etc for the +STR or uppercut for the str/dex and whatever.
It's not exactly a spell list.. But It's my general train of thought when I'm setting spells.
Edit: If you set sheep song / healing breeze for auto-regen.. Just don't. I'd cancel both, and put up Yawn (if you're wanting light based sleep) and save yourself some blu points. I can't see many situations you're needing curaga1 as blu. Maybe as a wake-people-up tool.. But it's unlikely you're going to not have a /whm in the pt, and then IF you are in that situation, then set it.
