I have not seen these attack over two times per attack round with footwork active since I've had them.

Does anyone have any information on this?

Everywhere I look they claim the opposite!

Does the Oa2-3 carry over to foot work, or wtf???

Um there is another thread about this awhile ago. No they don't but they attack alot more than OAT ones.

OA2-3 by miles. If you want a H2H for punchfiteing, get something other than Ursine Claws... otherwise you're wasting the potential of the OA2-3 claws.

Yep, but your DA rate is well above what you'd expect if the 50:30:20 distribution was simply adjusted to 50:50. Can't complain really.
