Final Sting

So I was playing around and the damage seemed to be heavily boosted (1200 on mandys in abyssia to 1600) by casting t. roar. Is it possible we finally have a spell modified by attack? Or freak coincidence? Going to do repeat tests after weakened wears (mandy didn't like that much, maybe i should've closed with it... >.>)
