"Linkshell Already In Database" Error?

When i go to join my ls on the FFXIAH under linkshells add > and put in all of the info , LS name and the url for members list , i get this 'Linkshell already in database' error. please assist

I get the same problem when I try to add my 2nd Linkshell. First happened months ago, but I never really bothered with it.

What was the linkshell name and server?

From what I'm guessing, that's adding a Linkshell to the AH.com database. I've only changed/added linkshells to my profile by joining them on the Linkshell site.

That would make sense. I don't think I'm active in my 2nd ls on the playonline website.

Edit: Okay, retard question.. on the fanzone official site.. how do you join a 2nd ls? :s I found the ls in question, but don't find any kind of 'join' link :/ Gotta db original shell? x.x

I've joined iClaimed on the LS Community website, and it still isn't showing up on my FFXIAH profile.

I would recommend that you entered all the data in correctly on the LS Community. If that don't work, try to before logging into the Community, there is a 'Establish/Join' a Comminuty button. Click that, then enter the information, after doing so, you should be able to see your information entered on FFXIAH.com. This happened to me a few times in the past, and this is what I did to fix it. You just need to wait a few minutes before it actually shows up in the FFXIAH.com profile of yours.

In short:

1) Make sure all data is entered correctly.
If it doesn't work:
2) Click on the 'Establish/Join' a Community, before logging in. then reentering your previous data in it.

This should work for you. If it doesn't, I'll work on seeing what you are doing wrong. Then I'll correct it.

Yea I'm having a similar problem. I must be doing something wrong but;

I am joined on two linkshells in-game and on the official community site:

LS1: Apocalypse
LS2: DamagePlan

Server: Alexander

I got myself listed on both linkshells on the community site, but FFXIAH still shows that I'm a member of my old LS (LostTheGame) which I left in-game and cancelled my member registration with on the community site. But FFXIAH still only shows I'm a member of LostTheGame and not Apocalypse or DamagePlan. I'm not sure how to get these things to connect and update properly.

Everything else like gear/missions etc is updating just fine.

OK, I am kind of having the same problem but I made a mistake while adding the linshell into the FFXIAH.com database. I din't add the link to the members area of the linkshell comunity. How can i fix this? because when I try to I get the message: 'Linkshell already in database"
