Haste Within The Dual Wield Formula
Haste within the Dual Wield formula
Does anyone here know where haste is caculated in the Dual Wield formula? Is it at the Combined Delay phase or the Reduced Delay per hand phase of the formula?
it's seperate from dual wield, and calculated after the reduced delay/tp per hit

Haste and DW are calculated separately.

Doesn't matter which you calculate first. The answer is the same either way.

Well in terms of TP/hit, safer to calculate DW first, then haste for final delay.
