Trying to pick a super-cool, creatively-stimulating subject is always tricky...so entirely out of reverence for, and as an homage to, one of the first MS Paint Challenges I fell in love with here--but didn't get to participate in--the new week's subject is...
BEST FFXI NPC, EVER...2!!! (Electric Boogaloo? The Aht Urhgan Empire Strikes Back? Corsair Die Harder?)
Pick your absolutely fave NPC (or NPCs if they come in a set, like the Chebukki's) and make them regret being so awesome by rendering them in MS-Paint! For incredibly creative inspiration

Yes, this is a recycled topic, so please remember Rule Numbah 7 below...although I doubt any of those who participated in Round 1 Week 12 are going to participate in this one, so it's all good. ^^ (Even so, there are tons of lovable and glom-able FFXI NPCs from which to choose, alternatively...)
