Atma - Salvage Group Looking For One Member

Hi.

Atma is a salvage group that started two months ago. During these 2 months, we've be able to complete 10 salvage items, which I consider is an encouraging result.

We're currently 6 players, and we're looking for a 7th. We don't really need 7 players per run, but being 7 give us more freedom when someone is missing. We will do runs with 7 and you will join all runs, so don't think we're recruiting a filler, it is not the case.

We're looking for a player with thf levelled, because thf is the only key job we cannot replace with people of our group. However, you probably won't play thf much as our current thf is really efficient. Having alternative interesting jobs is mandatory: you'll probably spend more time on these.


We run Sunday to Wednesday at 20H30 Europe (19H30 London - 2:30pm Est).
Our recruitment conditions are:
- to have two salvage items completed
- to be rank 6+ in assault

We're looking for a player that is punctual, that can can regularly attend our runs and with some salvage experience.

salvage gear is still good?

No, Salvage gear is horrible now. And the augments on it later? Still going to be garbage gear.

Salvage gear is still really good.
It's true the last update introduced new gear that sometimes comes close to salvage gear, and sometimes replace it. The full sets may not be as appealing as they used to be (if they ever were), but you can also look at the parts as single items.

Who though the Byakko's Haidate would still be good 7 years after the release of the game ? Who back in 2006 though we'd still use Haubergon for end-game ?

Even without any stat updates, chances are no new gear will always come near some salvage pieces. That's not true for all pieces, but each set have at least this one piece nothing will ever replace.

So yeah, it's still worth doing Salvage... and on top of that's it's a FUN event ^^

Will you pay for my upgrades?

Very few, if any, Salvage pieces that weren't essentially garbage before have been completely replaced. They might be a bit more situational at times, but yes it's still good.
