Edit: Seems to be a issue with upper tier 500 cards most frequently.
They get a fix for a while then it breaks again.

I didn't realize until I got on, and saw a PM from Spence today. I had to backread to make sure I didn't say anything stupid in RT. So, Lolserj broke out of the suitcase?

Q - Flash Kick - Deals physical damage in a cone
W - Sonic Boom - Deals magic damage to a target. Deals double damage to champions.
E - Sunglasses - Passive: Increases Armor and Magic Resistance. Active: Guile puts on his shades, increasing confidence. Increases attack speed, attack damage, and ability power. The passive is lost while on cooldown.
R - Sonic Hurricane - Deals large magic damage to the target area and reduces movement speed and armor of affected targets. The cooldown is reduced by 1/2/3 seconds each time Guile is hit by a CC effect.
Passive: Guile's Theme plays during the game. Each time he kills an enemy champion, his attack speed is permanently increased by 3%
