Only 12 champs left for me to buy.
I can safely say I know how to play every champ effectively except Blitz. Just haven't played blitz much.

Sivir has her places, but can be outmatched by other ranged carries. I'd suggest playing her when you have another autoattacking champ (Like xin or noct) on the team, or a very push-heavy team. Sivir can be good when played right and can be a very annoying pusher.
@ Rharmony - Blitz plays very odd. He's one of the best fight initiators in the game with his skillshot q (rocket grab) and having a pop up with e (power fist) makes it more threatening.
Most games you'll get q at level 1 then max e then w (overdrive) leaving q for last.
building a tear of the goddess and a sheen should always be in your item build. tear has so much synergy with your passive and sheen with your e.
his ult is pretty fun too. in 1v1s you never activate it until you know the burst will kill or you need to interrupt a spell due to its silence effect on active. the passive deals damage to a random target around you ever few seconds so if no minions are around and only 1 target then no worries.

Yeah, I know how to build him and stuff. I just haven't played him enough to get a good enough feel for em. And after playing so many Ezreal games, the slight delay on his grab is a little annoying to get used to.

I really only play ranked if someone asks me to. :3 I always have the worst luck in ranked games. 9/10 times someone will d/c and always on my team. /shrug I would do it, but it'd be nice to do it with at least semi reliable peoples!

What Yomi said. Too many people become so preoccupied with harrassing/killing. Something like 20 creep kills = a champ kill.
Last hit, know who you're laning against, keep an eye on the mini map.
Don't lane against someone better than you or a champ you have problems with! Ask for a switch!
