had a bit of time yesterday, and redid my masteries, did a few matches (and went on a rampage lol) to check them + new items, but there are so many new ones, I was at a loss.
would (under normal circumstances) AP mid build the same as S2?

DFG buffed hard, Liandrys torment and archangels change are the only noteworthy things.
I think overall builds will look the same. However there are certain items that certain champs will benefit from tremendously. Like Varus and that hurricane item. It will make him a slightly bit more viable ADC because of the stupid amount of blight he can throw on people during a teamfight.
For AP mids, Liandry's Torment pretty good. Also the rework for DFG is pretty good too. (although not like before) But still its another high AP item.
There are more options for junglers especially AP junglers which is interesting and nice.
But atm the most overpowered combo of items I think is probably on fiora.
Ravenous Hydra + sword of the divine active + ult = whooosh

Im not entirely sold on hurricane on Teemo. I mean, when they other team is nice enough to stand in a clump without you being in a bunch of danger, it devistates, but half your time as teemo in team fights is spent kiting 1, maybe 2 people. It does make you push like some crazy monster though. I would say Teemo has some of the best hurricane use in the game, since no matter how you build him, it ends up being mostly on hit anyway and it applies the full on hit, so you get like 90% dmg from the off shots instead of the like 50%.
Thats being said, I have been building it on him lately and it seems to do work, but is rare you get a solid chance to make full use of it.

Old news but, spamming Zed's laugh back to back is funny ***.
She's really fun. You can feel that the character is pretty limited but there is still something. Her cooldowns are very low, all of her ***is spamable. Only E needs Karma charge so it's manageable. And as soon as team fights start, you can support while damaging, and her W starts to be useful.
I like her so far, as fun as RAID BOSS TARIC.
I usually spam ctrl+1, trying to win against the shadow <_<

Does the enemy receive multiple Black Cleaver debuffs? If not I'd imagine it still caps at 4 stacks right?

caps at 4 stacks, so i'd assume it'd probably be best to get some other items if you want maximum damages
but yes, the enemy will receive a stack for each cleaver
