By the time I start or finish madred's Ive already shut down the game for the enemy team unless a team mate is feeding the enemy team beyond what I can over come. So I normally dont get to finish anything else, I was thinking Nashor's tooth would work in setup, maybe black cleaver aswell?
Any other 6 item combo that should work out well?
I think I used to build Malady on Teemo. One of the first items I'd buy. Other than that, it's what you've got listed unless I was going AP/AD

blitz grab vayne condemn = deaths while morgana roamed from mid to bot lane to help out. i destinied down to assist then teleport to top lane to help our shyvana fight off lee sin & j4.
overall there was lots of assisting going on and coordiation and good teamwork.

What does Ranked actually do for you? WHat do you get for a high rank or w/e?
Season 1 gave out a few things (Not counting competitive prizes)
-Being ranked (Playing at least 10 games) gave you 1 free Kayle skin (+ Kayle champion refund)
-Obtaining a rating of 1520+ gave you a "Gold" status Gold emblem on forum, gold border on your avatar and a free jarvan skin + refund
-Obtaining 1800+ rating gave you a platinum status and some other things I don't remember
But beside prizes, when you play ranked games you usually play against people with similar a similar rating/skill level as you, which helps to become better.
This remind me I should grind back up to gold before season 2 ends XD

I get a bit of a chubby when a team works really well together lol
I get a big chubby when I'm playing Karthus and get a penta kill. I can't tell you how much skill it takes to press R
