I am looking for one new member.
Our schedule consists of mostly Abyssea during event times
a mixture of the following jobs is saught
WHM, WAR, NIN, THF
basics I expect with these jobs
/rdm, /sam, /dnc
the LS will inspect your gear on these jobs before considering pearling
every pearl is treated as a trial, should you not live upto expectations, you will be dropped
our schedule currently stands at set time events of 5.30pmEST start. we usually run for 3hrs every night except sunday
- we no longer operate on points
- +2 seals follow a "lock in list" whereby each member requests a piece and we finish it for them, then move onto someone elses piece, and repeat
- everything else is now free lot

Or you just work events so one person benefits 100% of the time? Even with the 5 members you have since the majority left, it takes you an age to get things done.
