Howl From The Heavens (Windurst [S] Quest)

Myself and at least 3 other people have been trying to get this done for a while. It requires a partial alliance (i.e. more than 6 people if you want to have an easy time of it) and it's been REALLY rough getting anyone other than the 4-5 people we already know. We're stuck on it. We need it done to get to the last chunk of WotG missions.
