Altius Mantle? \o_O/

Last night I was told that the leader of my friend's linkshell managed to get Avatar Perpetuation Cost-2 on an Altius Mantle... Though this augment isn't listed as one of the possible augments on wiki, so I'm wondering how much truth there is to this? Or if anyone else has seen one with Perpetuation Cost- on it since this is the first I've heard of it @___@

If it's the leader of your friend's linkshell, shouldn't it be relatively easy to find out wether or not there is truth in the claim?

They upped the stats before so it could be true.

They most likely meant BP Delay -2.

The information was most likely lost-in-translation by someone who doesn't know summoner stats very well.

That's kinda what I'm hoping since I've not heard of perpetuation- on a cape before.
I asked the guy about it, and he's pretty confident, so when he's done with his event I'll go see if I can nab a screenshot of it

Yeah I here alot of things in this game. Usually from a friend of a friend. Like just yesterday I got told by my salvages linkshells leader that his friend fishes up 200 trumpet shells in 3 hours...
